In 1995 he began Pro-Dog Canine Training which has become a premiere, custom, private dog training school serving all of Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Mercer counties in New Jersey.
John has training in canine nutrition by nutritionists from the Iams and Eukunuba Company as well as with the Nutro brand company. He is an active member of The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).
Pro-Dog Canine Training's philosophy is to teach dogs through effective communication, rather than strict forceful methods. John teaches obedience by building upon inherent strengths in the dog's aptitude. He is also an expert on puppy whelping, raising and socialization.
John breeds American Bulldogs, he is a breed enthusiast who shows and competes with his Avalanche American bulldogs.
